Hello (from the Inside) An Adele Parody by Chris Mann

Today, while walking on this ole familiar road that I've walked so many time, I called to memory the sameness of life along that ole road. As I went back in my mind to days long passed, I thought about how the birds of early spring, sound the same year after passing year. The life force that is ever reaching outward from the trees, both small and great, seem to speak of the resolute determination of Being. As I walked in the stillness of the morning, a few drops of rain being carried on the slight wind that touched my face. I recalled Jesus' teaching to "consider the lilies". A teaching that assures us that we are being watched over and cared for, as only our loving, heavenly Father can. I usually wind up wondering if there will be other mornings when I will walk this road, and contemplate life and my journey here. I wonder if the thoughts that I think, while walking are being thought by other beings, and if they too, derive such wonderous pleasure from observing the sameness of life. In a day and time when it is far to easy to get caught up in advertisments that encourage and even demand, that we always be "wanting something others", it's a happy trip to breath deeply, and recognize the sameness of life. Maybe this sameness will serve to help keep me sane one more day.
